Quality Marks of International Anti Crime Academy

At the International Anti Crime Academy (IACA) we attach great importance to quality and professionalism in education. As an accredited training institute in Gilze-Rijen, the Netherlands, we hold a range of accreditations, quality marks and registrations that meet the quality standards of our field.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

IACA holds the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, an internationally recognized standard that guarantees the quality of our services and business operations. This certificate, issued by DNV, confirms our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Registrations and Memberships

IACA is registered with the Central Register for Short Vocational Education (CRKBO) and the Center for Post-Initial Education Netherlands (CPION). These registrations match our activities as a provider of vocational and post-initial education.

In addition, several specialized IACA programs are recognized or registered by the organizations Stichting Permanente Educatie Nederland (SPEN) and Stichting Post Hoger Beroeps Onderwijs Nederland (SPHBO). This means we offer programs that meet relevant quality criteria and support the professional development of participants.

International Organizations

IACA is a member of several international professional and knowledge organizations, including the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), Anti-Money Laundering Europe (AME), the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET) and the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International (AFCEA).

These memberships provide access to international knowledge, developments and networks in fields such as law enforcement, crime prevention, artificial intelligence, vocational education and communications technology. They keep IACA connected to current developments in these fields and allow knowledge and experience to be exchanged with other professionals and organizations.

Frequently asked questions about our quality marks

Yes. IACA is registered with the Central Register for Short Vocational Education (CRKBO) as an institution for short vocational education. As a result, our programs are exempt from VAT.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate was issued by DNV under accreditation of the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA) and is valid until 24 July 2028. It confirms that IACA's quality management system has been independently assessed, for providing training and lectures in the fields of Financial Economic Crime (FEC), OSINT, Cyber-HUMINT, (online) behavior, forensic investigation, communication and integrity. The certificate can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

CPION is the registering body; through CPION a program is registered with Stichting Permanente Educatie Nederland (SPEN) or as a post-graduate program of Stichting Post Hoger Beroeps Onderwijs Nederland (SPHBO). OSINT Module 2, for example, leads to the SPEN register diploma Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst®, and Modules 3 and 4 lead to the post-graduate diplomas Expert-B® and Expert-A®.
