In the world of research, information gathering and risk management, skills in conducting conversations and interviews are crucial. The main objective of a good conversation or interview is to obtain in -depth (background) information or information that play a fundamental role in truth finding, estimating risks or making well -founded decisions. This can be within the framework of a formal examination or operation, but also in situations such as customer conversations, internal investigations, due diligence, or conversations with witnesses, colleagues or other stakeholders.

Our training in interrogation, interviewing techniques, and body language is designed to equip professionals with practical and effective techniques for conducting conversations, interrogations, and interviews. During this intensive training, participants are immersed in a range of scientifically proven techniques. The unique aspect of this training is its integrated approach, combining interrogation techniques with statement analysis, paralinguistics, and body language reading.

The training has been expanded to include a focus on digital conversations, including phone and video calls. In today's digital age, where interactions often take place remotely, it's essential that professionals can also communicate effectively and gather information through these channels. Therefore, we focus on techniques for recognizing subtle cues in voice, language patterns, and digital signals. Participants learn how to sharpen their awareness of signs of deception, stress, or other abnormalities and conduct conversations purposefully and structuredly, even when physical contact is lacking.

    Training topics:

Part 1: Prepare interviews professionally with attention to cultural context and legal aspects.

Part 2 : Communicating effectively through awareness of communication obstacles and cultural differences.

Part 3: Recognizing and interpreting body language signals within the correct context.

Part 4: Applying Statement Analysis to Detect Indicators of Deception

Part 5: Applying PEACE and ORBIT interview methods for ethical truth-finding.

Part 6: Using cognitive questioning techniques to retrieve information effectively.

Part 7: Dealing with difficult situations such as resistance and angry interviewees.

Part 8: Conducting telephone interviews with paralinguistic cues.

Part 9: Developing comprehensive interview plans that integrate all aspects.

In particular, the synergy of the right interrogation technique, statement analysis, body language and digital conversation techniques lays a solid foundation for effectively hearing and interrogating individuals, and gathering crucial (background) information.

Participants find our training highly applicable and practical. The theory presented during the lessons is regularly interspersed with practical exercises and case studies. This allows the learned methodologies to be applied directly to participants' daily work.

With the skills and knowledge gained during this training, the participants are well equipped to conduct both physical and digital interrogations and interviews in their professional work. They develop a sharp eye for detail, to interpret (non) verbal signals and are better able to collect reliable and relevant information, also remotely.
